How can I thank you enough for exceeding my demanding expectations in the
recent sale of my home? I hope this letter serves not only as an expression
of my genuine gratitude but also as a letter of recommendation to potential
Sheila, you are amazing, not only have you been professional, gracious,
ethical, well mannered, and delightful to work with – you sold my home for
more than I dreamed possible – and in less than one week!
Exceptional decorating and staging are clearly outstanding merits you
possess. Your ability to visualize and to "set the scene" for
potential buyers to picture themselves in the home was greatly appreciated.
The added furnishings and your polite advice to retire certain items of mine
were so very necessary. Thank you for the hands-on work before the open
house. Sheila, you truly know how to market: the idea of a catered lunch for
the brokers open was inspired. You seemed so genuinely enthusiastic about
this whole process and you truly created an opportunity for this house to
show its finest qualities.
Thank you for hold the public open house on the same day as the Bay Area
Architectural Heritage Society walking tour in my neighborhood. That
certainly generated a lot of interest in the home as well. What timing!
I was appreciative of your grace in handling the many agents and demands
of these last couple of weeks, as there was quite a frenzy of activity over
my home. The multiple offers we heard on Thursday pleased me greatly. I am
happy to have arrived at a gratifying price with such a very clean offer.
Sheila, you have my confidence as my Realtor of Choice. Thank you for
putting your heart into selling my home. Please feel free to have anyone
contact me and I will be honored to assure them that you are tops!
